Mr Baldie
Mr Baldie is a cookie packaging design that holds face-shaped cookies and chocolate sauce. The set contains three flavors: strawberry, mocha and original. Each cookie is shaped as a face without hair. The included chocolate sauce allows the cookie to be decorated by dipping. A hairstyle, a moustache or a goatee can be added in this way. The package is made of tinplate and measures 310 by 310 by 60 millimeters. The design treats snacking as a shared and playful experience rather than a simple meal.
Mr Baldie Cookie Packaging by Mutian Yu has been featured as an exceptional example of communication design by the A' Design Award. Mr Baldie Cookie Packaging won the Bronze A' Design Award in Packaging Design in 2021.
