BonBonne Nuit
BonBonne Nuit is a packaging design series for candy. The name combines two French words, bon bon, meaning candy, and bonne nuit, meaning good night. The concept invites customers to taste their own lucid dreams. The packages use a montage style that brings together surrealistic elements. Because lucid dreams are controllable, the story on each package suggests a desire that people are likely to have. The conceptual product names are intended to trigger imaginative scenes in the mind. The series includes three pouches, three mini round boxes and two rectangular handle boxes.
BonBonne Nuit Candy Packaging by Ka Wai Tsun was recognized as a creative illustration of communication design by the A' Design Award. BonBonne Nuit Candy Packaging received the Iron A' Design Award in Packaging Design in 2021. The A' Packaging Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design award which rewards superior design of bottles, boxes, cans, pouches, tubes, cartons, wrappers, bags and more.
