ZD Collection
ZDCollections is a book that presents the annual design works of twenty-three students. The fourth edition of the collection divides the selected works into fonts, graphics, RGB and other elements, which are then rearranged and combined. The layout moves away from the regular frame grid in order to reveal the meaning of each work. The cover is made with a laser material that blurs the boundary between color and graphic form, so that attention is drawn to the content. The book measures 150 by 252 millimeters and contains 430 pages.
ZD Collection Book Design by Xue Jiang was recognized as an exceptional example of communication design by the A' Design Award. ZD Collection Book Design earned the Iron A' Design Award in Print and Published Media Design in 2021. The A' Print and Published Media Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design recognition program which celebrates exceptional design of brochures, posters, magazines, catalogs, flyers, business cards, billboards, books and more.
