Chef's
Chef's is a label designed for a collaboration beer created by a chef, a winemaker and brewers. The beer combines characteristics of beer and wine and is intended for the fine dining market. The label follows the visual language of wine labels through a minimalist layout, quality materials and an elegant typeface that is both modern and classic. The traditional chef uniform, a white double-breasted jacket with black buttons, served as the inspiration, while a golden line suggests refinement. Offset printing, gold foil and three-dimensional varnish are applied on textured uncoated paper.
Chef's Beer by Ana Mrazek Lugarov was identified as an outstanding illustration of communication design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Chef's Beer won the Iron A' Design Award in Packaging Design in 2021. The A' Packaging Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design competition which rewards superior design of bottles, boxes, cans, pouches, tubes, cartons, wrappers, bags and more.
