Dodoshine
Dodoshine is a brand identity created for an appliance brand that uses ultraviolet sterilization technology. The name refers to the Chinese habit of placing items in sunlight to kill bacteria, a practice linked both to a healthy lifestyle and to ultraviolet technology. The logotype is based on a bold sans serif typeface, with added serif details of the kind often used by fashion brands. The combination gives the brand a sunny and slightly fashionable image. The logotype can be printed on products and on marketing material at a minimum size of 34 by 10 millimeters.
Dodoshine Brand Design by sxdesign has been identified as a creative illustration of communication design by the A' Design Awards. Dodoshine Brand Design was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in Graphics, Illustration and Visual Communication Design in 2021. The A' Graphics, Illustration and Visual Communication Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design award that honors excellent design of logos, posters, infographics, brochures, packaging designs, business cards, book covers, billboards and more.
