2020 Super Star
2020 Super Star is an advertising campaign created for an annual sports event held by the Taiwan government at Taipei Arena. The campaign promotes physical education and connects different sports with the public. The typography transforms calligraphy forms and includes sports elements such as archery and tennis courts. The color plan is drawn from the archery target, using indigo, red and gold with black and white. The campaign includes posters, brochures, kinetic pictograms, television commercials, motion graphics and digital signage.
2020 Super Star Sports Performance Event by Andre Tehhsi Chen was recognized as an outstanding representation of communication design by the A' Design Award & Competition. 2020 Super Star Sports Performance Event won the Bronze A' Design Award in Advertising, Marketing and Communication Design in 2022. The A' Advertising, Marketing and Communication Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design accolade that celebrates outstanding design of advertisement campaigns, billboards, commercials, print ads, social media campaigns, direct mails, radio spots, email marketing, outdoor advertising and more.
