House of Smaragd Advent Calendar is a structured countdown box made from ecological paper and sustainable materials, designed for repeated use. It contains four individually packaged jewelry pieces, each secured in separate compartments. Packaging is recyclable and reusable, reducing environmental impact. The box design allows for controlled access to each compartment, maintaining the element of surprise while keeping the items protected.
House of Smaragd Advent Box by Rilind Hoxha was identified as a creative representation of industrial design by the A' Design Award. House of Smaragd Advent Box received the Bronze A' Design Award in Giftware Design in 2025. The A' Giftware Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design prize that honors superior design of candles, figurines, picture frames, decorative plates, ornaments, souvenirs, personalized mugs, collectibles and more.
