Purity and clarity are the main properties that reflect a vodka's quality. They had to be emphasized while rebranding Lithuanian Vodka Gold – the vodka market leader in Lithuania. At the same time some features of national identity were introduced – the Lithuanian Vodka name itself demanded this choice. Authentic ethnic motives transformed into a modern, uncluttered composition. Once the massiveness of the old label was destroyed to create a light, perforated decor, the gold began to shine in a much more elegant manner.

Lithuanian Vodka Gold Vodka Packaging Design by Asta Kauspedaite has been recognized as an exceptional representation of communication design by the A' Design Awards. Lithuanian Vodka Gold Vodka Packaging Design earned the Bronze A' Design Award in Packaging Design in 2015. The A' Packaging Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design recognition program which recognizes superior design of bottles, boxes, cans, pouches, tubes, cartons, wrappers, bags and more.
