Appetisi
Appetisi is a packaging design for a range of ready-cut cheeses. The range includes cheese cubes, grated cheese and mozzarella pieces. Each pack is made of plastic and has a transparent window, so the cheese inside can be seen directly. Printed illustrations give each product a character and show clearly how each cheese is used. The name Appetisi joins three ideas: appetite, small snack and practical use. The design presents cheese as a quick and easy break, and the packs are sold in European supermarkets.
Appetisi Cheese by Fanny De Bray was highlighted as a grand illustration of communication design by the A' Design Award. Appetisi Cheese was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in Packaging Design in 2020. The A' Packaging Design Award is a highly prestigious international design prize which celebrates exceptional design of bottles, boxes, cans, pouches, tubes, cartons, wrappers, bags and more.
