Psiloreitis
Psiloreitis is a limited edition packaging design for a Gazoza soft drink. The packaging marks seventy years of production. Each label refers to a different decade, from the 1950s to the 2010s, using patterns linked to the fashion, music and technology of each period. The designs are arranged as modern patchworks of colour and shape. The bottle is made of glass and the label is a paper sleeve, selected as an environmentally friendly solution. Each bottle has its own style, so the full range can be collected.
Psiloreitis Soft Drink Gazoza by Antonia Skaraki has been highlighted as an exceptional example of communication design by the A' Design Award. Psiloreitis Soft Drink Gazoza earned the Iron A' Design Award in Packaging Design in 2021. The A' Packaging Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design recognition program which recognizes outstanding design of bottles, boxes, cans, pouches, tubes, cartons, wrappers, bags and more.
